ENTRY LEVEL RECEPTIONIST/DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT – THE EMERALD CORP.

The Emerald Corp is emerging as one of the leading manufacturers of Holistic Wellness products on the East Coast. We produce and distribute some of the leading brands in the industry and offer a wide range of private label services.
We’re looking for a full time receptionist to be a friendly and helpful individual to screen and forward calls as well as assist with data entry and other daily tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them accordingly
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information in the database
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Retrieving voicemail and completing customer call backs
  • Various other data entry duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • General computer skills is a must
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to learn and use different software platforms
  • The ability to work well with a team and independently
  • Aptitude to follow company procedures and processes accurately
  • Punctual and reliable with strong self motivation and discipline
  • Prior receptionist experience is a plus
